Solution Platforms
Based on intrinsic surface texture captured by our vTag® architecture, we offer two families of products: QuanTEK Systems for “tagless” item level tracking and tracing and DTEK Systems for Item Classification through Machine Learning algorithms that look for, among other features, surface texture based characteristics.
QuanTEK is a tagless quantitative item-level traceability solution that uses vTag® technology to provide end-to-end traceability of any item within your supply chain. QuanTEK enables item level serialization, including legacy items, without having to make any changes to the fabrication or packaging of the item. Full SaaS installation and support is included.

DTEK is a tagless item level authenticator that uses vTags® for the inspection of items and determine if it complies with specifications and known surface level characteristics. It is primarily intended for use as a quality and counterfeit mitigation tool to aid visual inspectors. Full SaaS installation and support is included.
Features include: comparative surface characteristic analysis, measuring visual features of an item, checking against specifications and reporting on non-compliant features/anomalies.
