Covisus was honored to go to DMDII (Digital Manufacturing and Design Innovation Institute) to integrate our vTag® solution with the #DMDII future manufacturing floor. Demonstrating part level traceability and integration of #IoT data directly with a part. The #vTag scanner covertly applied virtual tags on the newly manufactured #DMDII tokens without ever altering the part using a virtual tag and enabling #industry4.0. This demonstration consisted of two stations. Station one: enrollment and verification.  The video above is a visual of the enrollment process in action. Station two: The tokens are then verified on a desktop station. These tokens will now be traceable and DMDII has taken a step towards preventing counterfeiting from affecting them.
